K.A.T 2025: Elevating Korea – Vietnam Medical Aesthetic Collaboration

K.A.T 2025 marks a significant step in standardizing training and transferring advanced aesthetic technology between the Korean Medical Device Education and Training Support Center, the Korean Beauty International Technology Association (KBIT), and Le Van Thinh Hospital along with its partners.

K.A.T 2025 ushers in a new era of deep medical collaboration between Vietnam’s aesthetic medicine sector—led by Le Van Thinh Hospital—and Korean Medical Device Education and Training Support Center in Seongnam, together with the Korean Beauty International Technology Association (KBIT).

The program is co-chaired by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Seongnam-si, the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI). It is jointly organized by the Korean Medical Device Education and Training Support Center, the Korean Beauty International Technology Association (KBIT), and Le Van Thinh Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City).

Participation from authorities on both sides underscores the program’s significance and reliability, providing a strong foundation for long-term cooperation.

Key initiatives include close collaboration with leading medical centers such as Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, bringing top professors as keynote speakers for K.A.T 2025. KBIT-led training programs cover dermatologic aesthetics, plastic surgery, and a new frontier in medical technology: device operation, maintenance, and application. Coordination with the Korean Medical Device Education and Training Support Center and the Korea Smart Medical Devices Foundation ensures practical, high-quality training.

As a member of the Medical Device Training Alliance (MD-TAP) in Korea, KBIT serves as a bridge, delivering not only aesthetic techniques but also a full ecosystem of technology—from equipment and materials to operational protocols—through strategic partner Le Van Thinh Hospital. The combination of KBIT’s expertise, Le Van Thinh’s facilities and international orientation, along with support from the Korean government and tech corporations, promises the first comprehensive, sustainable medical aesthetic training model in Vietnam.

With its scale and professional quality, K.A.T 2025 is not only a scientific forum but also a clear demonstration of strategic cooperation between the two countries in medical aesthetics, healthcare, and beauty, helping elevate Vietnam’s position in the region.
