No invasive medical practice rights are communicated, and live surgery access is not promised for non-eligible attendees.

Can non-doctors join?
They may join the Business & Production Track if their profile fits. Clinical content has professional boundaries.
Is live surgery access guaranteed?
No broad guarantee is made. Access depends on profile verification, license conditions and session capacity.
Is the 25M VND fee official?
Not yet. It remains a working plan until package and commercial policies are approved.
